  • Discount is not applicable in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
  • Discounts not applicable on Blackout dates (Eid Holiday, Christmas Eve and Day, New Year Eve)
  • No further discount is applicable when complimentary Gourmet Vouchers are used.
  • Gourmet Cards cannot be combined to increase discount entitlement.
  • Only one card may be used per table or per booking.
  • Owning of more than one Gourmet Card is not permissible.
  • Splitting of checks in one table/booking to avail higher discount is not permitted.
  • Original Gourmet Card must be presented by the card holder to avail the discount.
  • Gourmet Cards are non-transferrable.

Q: Is the Dining Benefit valid if dining alone?
A: Yes, as per the terms and conditions of the program.

Q: Can we use two membership cards at one table?
A: Only one membership card and associated discounts may be used per dining party. The restaurant wil therefore only accept one of the cards and give the discount accordingly.

Q: I lost my membership card. Is this replaceable?
A: Please contact the Gourmet office on (04) 702 2455 and we will issue a replacement membership card with the same expiry date as the original for a small administration fee of AED 80. You can also reach out to Viya customer service on 800 8492 or customerservice@viya.ae for further assistance.

Q: Will lost vouchers also be replaced?
A: As all vouchers are extremely valuable, lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

Q: Are the vouchers valid during Iftar, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day Lunch, New Year’s Eve, Valentine’s Day and Public Holidays?
A: As the hotel is extremely busy during holiday periods, vouchers are not valid during these dates, during any promotional events, or blackout dates.

Q: Can I give my Gourmet Card to someone else to use?
A: The Gourmet Card is non-transferable.

Q: Will I be able to receive my dining benefit at the restaurant if I have forgotten my card?
A: The Gourmet Card is your identification as a member of this exclusive membership program. You must present a valid membership card during your meal in order to receive the benefits of the program.
