- The Viya Premium Staycation Pass must be presented and scanned at check-in.
- The pass is valid for UAE citizens and residents only, and all room occupants must present a valid original Emirates ID or passport with visa page.
- Rates are inclusive of all taxes, except for the Tourism Dirham Fee (AED 20 per room, per night), which must be paid directly at the hotel.
- For bookings, the lead guest’s name, ages of children, and intended travel dates must be provided after pass purchase to secure the booking.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Once booking date is confirmed by the hotel, it cannot be amended or cancel.
- Hotel children policies apply.
- Any no-show will be considered as usage of the room-night.
- The pass is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Any unused nights cannot be refunded or carried forward to the following month.
- The physical presence of the pass holder is mandatory at check-in.
- The hotel reserves the right to verify the identity of guests through a valid photo identification document.
- Viya and/or the hotel reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to suspend or cancel a pass holder’s access to facilities without prior notice.
- In the event of any conflict, the partner facility’s terms and conditions shall take precedence over these general terms and conditions.
- Benefits of this pass i.e. Hotel booking and Topgolf gameplay can be booked until validity of the pass ends
