1. Campaign Period
- The campaign is valid from 1 August 2026 to 13 September 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2. Eligibility
- The campaign is open to all Viya users. Participants must opt in to the campaign here
- Only participants who have opted in will be eligible to earn entries through qualifying spend.
How to Enter

Users must first opt in to the campaign via the link provided in Viya’s marketing communications.

Once opted in, every AED 300 spent on transactions through the Viya app during the campaign period will qualify for one (1) entry into the prize draw.
- Multiple entries are permitted. Every additional AED 300 spent on eligible transactions will earn one additional entry.
- Only transactions successfully completed during the campaign period will qualify.
3. Eligible Transactions
- All eligible spends made through the Viya app during the campaign period will qualify for the promotion, unless otherwise specified.
- Cancelled, refunded or reversed transactions will not be eligible for entry.
4. Prize
- A total of eight (8) winners will be selected.
- Each winner will receive one (1) return flight ticket to a destination of their choice within the applicable airline network, subject to availability and the airline’s booking conditions.
- Only destinations serviced from Dubai by the applicable airline are eligible.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- Once the ticket has been booked, it is non-refundable and cannot be changed or amended.
5. Travel
- Travel must be completed by 31 October 2026.
- Blackout dates, seat availability and other travel restrictions may apply.
- Any expenses not specifically included as part of the prize (including visas, insurance, airport transfers, accommodation, meals and personal expenses) are the sole responsibility of the winner.
6. Winner Selection & Announcement
- Winners will be selected through a random draw after the campaign has ended.
- All winners will be announced at the end of the campaign.
- Winners will be contacted using the contact details registered with their Viya account.
- Viya’s decision regarding the selection of winners is final and binding.
7. General
- Viya reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
- Viya reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the campaign or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, where reasonably necessary.
- By participating in the campaign, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and to Viya’s decisions in all matters relating to the campaign, which shall be final.
