Yas Acres Monthly Golf Pass Terms & Conditions

Monthly purchases exceeding seasonal rates cannot be prorated or adjusted. This applies to both summer and winter seasonal rate changes.
Applicable for UAE Residents only.
Validity of the pass starts immediately upon purchase.
All benefits can be availed directly at the specific outlets upon presentation of your active pass in your Viya app, My Passes.
Golf Bookings can be booked directly at the Club Reception or Central Reservations until onboarding is complete.
Yas Acres Membership Team will contact you to process registration and onboarding which takes up to 2 working days.
Documents such as your passport or Emirates ID, passport sized photograph and completed form are mandatory.
Physical presence of pass holder mandatory at check in.
All passholders shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the facility.
Either Viya or Yas Acres Golf & Country Club retains the right to suspend/cancel passholder use of facilities at its sole discretion.
The validity of this pass is 30 days from the date of purchase.
Operational timings are to be adhered for the facility.
Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable.
In case of injury preventing use of the pass, it may be frozen with the presentation of a medical certificate / letter.
